Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, Khloe Kardashian just launched her own denim line, Good American, on October 18th and fans are going all crazy. The collection was available on the brand’s website and select Nordstrom stores ranging from sizes 0 to 24 in a variety of cuts and silhouettes. This size inclusive and stylish line is expected to be a tremendous hit.

1. Khloe co-founded the Denim line with ITB CEO Emma Grede.
Emma Grade has already worked in entertainment marketing and even worked with the Kardashian family in the past. So, she called Kris Jenner and said ‘I have this idea, and maybe Khloe would be interested.’ Kris was like, ‘Well you need to talk to Khloe.’ It turned out that the idea was good enough that Khloe actually wanted to be involved.
2. Good American is inspired by Khloe’s own struggle to find jeans that worked for her body type
She shared “I used to be a girl that would walk into a boutique and they didn’t have my size of denim and I was really body shamed into being too overweight. I couldn’t fit into their denim,” So I’m fighting for all the real girls and all the girls with hips and curves, yes!. ”
3. The name Good American represents what being “good” actually means
Khloe and Emma explained how the name Good American is actually about a play on the words and on the stereotype of what being “good” means. Can someone not be sexy and intelligent and still be good? And do good? The Good American girl is not shy and doesn’t apologise for herself. Just because a girl is proud and confident doesn’t mean she is not good.
4. The Good American campaign cast real women and fans instead of models
Khloé put out a message on social media about the launching of brand and asked them to come forward to be part of their brand launch. While choosing models for the Good American, they chose women whom they actually found inspirational. And with that they created the Good Squad, the wonderful girls who are now representing their line. Khloe shared, “We have girls of all different colors, ethnicities, heights, sizes. They’re confident within themselves. They have tattoos, shaved heads– everything. Because that’s really now what our world is.”
5. The Good American ( GA) Squad
“The Good Squad is a group of badass women who are individuals. ” Khloé explained. “These are all girls that are incredibly strong with who they are, and they’re all women that are doing such successful things within their own right.” She and Emma have created their own Good Squad who became the brand ambassadors of Good American, including Khloé’s best friend Khadijah and Malika Haqq, Jordyn Woods, Gabi Gregg and more fresh faces.
6. This isn’t the first clothing venture for Khloe Kardashian
She previously with her sisters, Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian, launched a women’s clothing line called the Kardashian Kollection with Sears and the deal ended in 2015. She has also launched a series of mobile apps with her sisters last fall.

Good American was inspired by the belief “that every body deserves to be shown off,”Emma shared and the collection — offers in sizes 0 to 24 (no segregated plus sizes) — featuring contour waistbands, stitching details and special fabrications giving each pair a precise fit designed to flatter every curve. The denim comes in three silhouettes: skinny (“Good Legs”), boyfriend (“Good Cuts”) and high-waisted (“Good Waist”). Price hovers just below $200, while most pairs are in the $159-$189 range.
